Jesse came and redid the pipes under our kitchen sink, after my husband was misled by the folks at the big box hardware stores. Needless to say, we learned our lesson, and will be calling Jesse when we need plumbing help! Also, our daughter is high risk due to health issues, and Jesse came prepared with his mask and booties, without even being asked! Jesse was not offended by being asked to enter through our backdoor, which is off the kitchen. Jesse did a great job, and we will be recommending him to our friends and neighbors!
